catch做为动词基本意思是“接住；抓住；拦住”的意思，后接it通常可有以下用法。
1、表示抓住它，接住它，跟上的意思，如：
You speak so fast.I can't catch it.
你说得太快了,我跟不上.
Her voice was so low he had to strain to catch it.
她的声音很低，他很费力才听得到。
The train is just drawing into the station; if we hurry we can catch it.
